Hi Community 👋,
We’re just starting to use Big Picture in our Jira environment, and I’m planning to create a user-friendly internal guide/documentation for our team.
I’m looking for reference documents, templates, or examples that explain each Big Picture module (like Gantt, Scope, Resources, Board, Overview, Objectives, etc.) in a simple, easy-to-understand format for end users.
Ideally, I’d like something similar to the official Big Picture documentation style — short explanations, visuals, and clear step-by-step usage instructions.
If anyone has already prepared such internal guides, onboarding manuals, or quick-reference sheets and can share examples (or ideas on structure), that would be super helpful! 🙏
Thanks in advance for your support!

Hi @M Purushotham Reddy , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.
I don't have any material like what you described but, just in case you don't know. There is a demo environment of BigPicture you could take screens from - https://softwareplant.com/demo-bigpicture/plugins/servlet/softwareplant-bigpicture/#/box/ROOT/o/hierarchy
Otherwise, you can also reach out to Appfire to ask if they have anything to help you - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212259/bigpicture-portfolio-resource-management-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=support
Best wishes
