Hi,

Can you please run the following SQL statement against your JIRA server's database and let me know what it returns:

select * from "AO_5FB9D7_AOHIP_CHAT_LINK";

If you happen to see NULL values for in the columns for that row this means the link is not valid and I would recommend that you backup JIRA, delete the row and restart JIRA.

If you do not see NULL values provide a screenshot of what you see and we'll go from there.

Cheers,

Branden

Thanks works, but now can integrate my server to hipchat

Error encountered creating your hipchat link

Something went wrong integrating JIRA and HipChat. We probably had trouble connecting to the HipChat server. Check that the connection between your server and HipChat is working correctly and try again.

Try uninstalling the existing integration from HipChat before trying again.

Hello,

Did you recently just start getting this message? Did it work previously?

Could you have a look at the full log file and let me know what it says there? It should start with the word ERROR and end with "Caused by:". This will help us to determine the issue.

Can you please also confirm what versions of Jira and Hipchat you're using? Are you on Server or Cloud?

Regards,

Shannon
