I have added Incoming mail.
When my customers sends a mail to that gmail, ticket is creating but they[Customers] are not getting any updates like issue created, issue commented.. etc
Note : All my Customer Notifications are in Enable Mode.
Please help me.. Urgent issue

How have you configured your customer on Jira? Like how will Jira know to send a mail to your customer. Is this a user picker or how have you defined this?

he must get a reply mail by notifying that you created ticket! right ?
