Hi the widget for service desk won't load every time i try to configure it for our external service desk. I've seen support tickets to uninstall and reinstall it, but don't see where to do that.

This issue happens when the widget add-on was not correctly installed on the site, so it's necessary to uninstall and install it again and this is something that only us from Atlassian can do.
I uninstalled and installed the widget and it should work now.

The option to uninstall and install the widget is only available on our side, so you won't see the option to do that on your site.
Is it still showing the same error?
Can you clear the browser cache and cookies and try again?
Please, open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows any other error. If so, please share it with us.

I saw that you created a ticket with our support related to this issue and they escalated the ticket internally.
I followed the steps to uninstall and install the widget again and it shows that it was successful. Please, go to Widget’s page to check if it loads.
If it still shows the error, then let’s wait for our Senior engineer to check what is happening, since they can access your site to test and get further information if necessary.

I have the same issue with my JSD. I am trying to extract the widget snippet for JSD. I am seeing the following error:

I saw that you created a ticket with our support about this issue and they found out that there was a duplicated entry of the widget in the database.
They uninstalled and installed the widget again and the issue should be resolved.
