why can't show the Chinese word attaching file on Test Management for JIRA Cloud Sever

after I upload the Chinese word filename to Test Management for JIRA Cloud Sever and then refresh the page, the Chinese word filename become weird. what should i do?

Hi Lee,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
Currently, for Cloud products, it's available only Chinese Simplified and not Traditional, so maybe it's showing incorrectly due to this.
