customized POP emails has been configured in the service desk, whenever we shoot an email, the tickets do appear in the queue and email is also been received in the inbox of said email account which has been configured, but after sometime the email in the inbox gets deleted and even it does not appear in trash or junk folder. This happens precisely when the ticket appears in the queue.
Hi @YouWinn 01 this is expected behaviour with POP inboxes used in Jira Service Desk.

If you don't want the mails to be deleted use IMAP.
