who can have Share with option on jira tickets?

Hi!

Some f the users of our project font see share with option on tickets. why is that? Do they have to be agents in the project to see this function?

Hi @Vera Valshonok 

The "Sharing with" option may appear in your portal for both agents and customers, depending on the "Customer permission" configuration of your JSM project.
