In project while checking the status provisioned tickets are not showing while other status like open,closed..etc showing.
we have many tickets having status provisioned.
Hi @Abilash
Are there more filters active?
If you use the search option, can you find the work items in status "provisioned"?
Do these work items belong to the project, you are using the list view?
Are there status properties set on the workflow status?
Are security levels used?

Hi @Abilash
So if you go to the menu option "Filters" (main menu bar, on the left) and search for issues that are in status "provisioned", you don't find anything?
If this is so, there are no issues in this status in your Jira, or they are in a project, you don have permission to.

Hi @Abilash
To which project belong the issues in status provisioned and in which project do you want to see them in the list view?
The list view only shows issues from the project and not from other projects.

Hi @Abilash
Go to the vies and edit the views, is the status "provisioned" mapped to a board column?
If not, they will not show in the list option as well, as the views are based on the configuration of the main view.

Ok if no tickets show up when you do not filter there will be no tickets when you do filter.
Perhaps you're looking at the wrong space (project)?
Try using the global Jira search by using the search bar at the top of the screen. Maybe you can find what you are looking for that way and then troubleshoot why it does not appear in your list view.
