What permissions do users need in Jira to create reports and dashboards using the eazyBI plugin?

Hi @Gajanan Sasane ,

this documentation could clarify your doubts https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/set-up-and-administer/manage-accounts/account-users about users that can create EazyBI reports.

In order to embed them into a JIRA Dashboard you should :

• Create shared-object global permission - this permission will allow user to create dashboards
• Within a dashboard you can define who can view/edit it (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-shared-dashboards/)

According to https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/set-up-and-administer/manage-accounts/account-users , User access or more is sufficient  -> User can create, update, and delete own reports and view any reports and dashboard pages.
