In our org, the project is a Kanban board. In this, some people, while typing in a ticket, do not see the @Group email ID, but when other people type @Group mail, it shows. What permission difference is there for those people not getting the @Group mail ID when they type?

Hi Abilash,

My experience has been that the user must be a part of the group in order to use the group. Please check that.

Hello @Abilash

Difference is that some users are part of the group for the global permissions Browse and mention users. Re-check if the users that are not showing in a certain group. Also, check if those users are having the relevant license.

Thanks for your response.
As checked, all the users have the same license, and as I am new to Jira, please let me know how to check the global permission browse and exact which tab to be edited.

Browse users and groups

View and select users or groups from the user picker,
and share issues. Users with this permission can see the names
of all users and groups on your site.
