want to have an open jira service desk portal to customers for ticketing

I want to link this service desk portal to a website where can a customer raise a ticket ,i need to know that can a customer without JIRA access and signup is able to raise a ticket .If it is please let me know how to change settings .

You can try the service desk widget, which will embed the portal in your website and allow customers to raise ticket without logging in.

@kartheek reddy Please see the below document  from Atlassian for more information on what "Customer Permissions" option you need to select in your JSD project settings for opening your JSD Customer portal to all users for self sign-up and raising requests:
