I would like to escalate an issue related to a board problem that was previously reported. We were informed that the issue had been resolved; however, since then, the board view has changed unexpectedly for our team.

As shown in the attached link a board icon is now displayed, and the usual options to start and end sprints are no longer available. This behavior is affecting all team members, making it difficult to create, manage, and use Jira boards efficiently.

The issue is having a significant impact on our team's workflow and productivity. Could you please investigate this further and advise on the cause of the change, as well as the steps required to restore the previous functionality?

Is this a company or team-managed project? This is an issue with the lack of Manage sprints permission for those users, meaning that someone might have changed the permission scheme. If this is reflecting on the other projects as well, you then need to separate these permission schemes and every project having its own.
