unlock customer portal account

My customer is locked out of the portal due to too many failed attempts. I changed their password but how do i unlock their account?

Has the customer had the opportunity to attempt logging in with the new password?

Hi I am having the same issues with my customers, and even after i reset their password they still get the account locked error.
