Hi guys, I'm implementing Jira service management here in my team, and we have some interactions with some teams in the company, but we don't have access to their project. Is there any way I can transfer or clone the ticket, to another area, so that I can Don't lose the history?

you can create an automation rule that clones the ticket into another project, and then links the tickets together. The clone will not move the history with it, but with the link you would have access back to that history.
The agent or user, would need to have the appropriate permissions in both projects to see the information.
I know that Jira offers some settings through automation, but I was unable to operationalize the creation of a ticket for another area
