too much records in report

if user/agent complains that in reports there are much records and they cant see it properly, what would be the solution to this , how we would make that reports in easily accessible format

What kind of report you are accessing?

If report is based on some filter or jql statement, try to divide your report data in parts.

Like don't select all version, select one  by one.

Like don't select all priorities, select one by one.

Important part is divide and conquer.
