the website is insecure even though the SSL certificate is already made

Hello, the website that I currently setup has a problem said that it is insecure. the SSL certificate already done but the hosting said that theres a mixed content that cause the website is insecure. I'm not that well known about programming so I come here to ask what can I do to check. What is mixed content problem that they mentioned? what the step that I need to do?

You can try to open the debugging window of your browser (Press F12) & then go to the Networks tab & reload the website. Unsecure content should be visible/marked there or on the console tab.

Mixed content means that your server is only encrypting part of the content, not all of it.

We can't actually help you with this because you have not told us anything about how you have configured your site to do this.  Jira is not responsible for your encryption itself, and when it's configured for SSL, it's all or nothing, it does not serve up mixed content (unless you work really hard to mis-configure it!).  So the problem is somewhere else on your service, which we have no information about.
