the Description is not showing up in records, not sure if it does get populated it

the Description is not showing up in records, not sure if it does get populated and jira doesnt retain it, Is there any issue with behavior script is overwriting it?

Hello @sunita gupta ,

Can you expand on the phrase "Not showing up in records," does that mean that the Description field does not appear at all or that it appears but is always empty? You can always check the issue history to see when the Description field was changed (Activity Section > History (bottom of issue screen).

Do you have a Scriptrunner Behaviour that can potentially update it? I would look there if that's what you're alluding to with your mention of "Behavior script"
