I was able to add holidays to calendar by importing ICS. My problem is that during holiday sla is paused. Instead I would like to use Sunday service hours on that day. So it that supported and how I can do that?

I'd probably add Sunday into your working hours days (if it's not there already), and not add Sundays to the holidays section.
That way Sundays would be excluded, and the SLA clocks won't pause.
Are you able to do something like that?

Well this works when holiday is on Sunday. But not when for example new years eve is on Monday
