setting up an email

Is there anyway to use a distribution list email address as the address for JIRA service desk? When I see to add custom address it requests a password.

I'm afraid it's not possible, I had the same issue.

You can add mail forwarding to the distribution list.

But what is your goal with this distribution list? Mybe I can help.

Hi Olga,

We are looking to migrate to JIRA service desk from our other ticketing system and we use support@*****.com which is a distribution list. We would like to continue using this if possible.
