We need to upgrade the Service desk plugin to newer version to set SLA goals in days and weeks. In Older version Setting up SLAs in days and weeks is not possible.

Our Days Elapsed Plugin is designed to handle SLA by working days.

Hi Rodrigo,

Thanks for your quick response.

In Jira Service Desk now we are able to set goals of SLAs in hours and more precise SLAs in minutes. Is there any way to set SLAs golas in days and weeks also.

Hi Swetha,

Would be possible to clarify a bit more the question?
