have 2 separate queues setup in Jira, and IT one and an HR one. if i create an email and put in both of the queue email addresses it will only populate into one. how can I send an email and have the ticket be created in both queues from the same email?

I am see this issue also. Issue raised to two projects via email request, received by one, not the other, not even in logs for the project Email Requests settings area.

sorry they are two separate projects, with 2 different email address, but when i sent to both at the same time, only one will go through and its random on which one gets it.
