rule is not working

It seems that the rule is not working. I can't find the problem with it. It seems that it's correct but sometimes the organisation is still not mentioned and the ticket is assigned to unassigned Jira screenshot Rule.PNGorganisation jira screenshot.PNG

have you inspected the rule logs? Compare a run that succeeded with one that failed. Also, I recommend using the Action log event to record data about the run so that you can interrogate the log more completely so you are guessing at what the values are that are being compared in a condition.
