request submit in customer portail

I'm trying to setup a customer portail. Whatever project type or issue type, I'm always getting the following behavior: While fulfill all fields and press "SEND", the the request remains open with activity field and "SAVE" button available. No CLOSE button or way to limit the customer actions to the first page and get back to welcome customer site page, ready to new request. Is there a way to change such customer portail behavior ?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Following the steps you provided, I tested on my local site but I wasn’t able to replicate the issue.

Here is a screenshot of a form in the portal, where it shows the cancel button and other links where we can go back to the main page:

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please send us a screenshot of the page where you are creating the request?

Also, please, open the developer tools on your browser to check if it shows any error when you click on “Send”.

Another thing to check is if there are no hidden fields in the form, that may have some incorrect value and cause this behavior. To check that, please go to the Project settings > Request types > Edit fields > Request form > Hidden fields.

Hi Angélica. I'm Jean-Louis (Not Mairie but did not succed to lin me in with JLP account :-().

 

I guess there is a miss undertstanding on the issue.

Is there a way to send a file with behavior detail othet than photos ?

Here in community we can only add pictures, including GIFs, it’s not possible to add other types of files.

Please, let us know more details and send us the screenshots when testing what I sent on my previous response. It will help us to better understand the issue and find what may be causing this.
