request-channel-type

hello team

i would like to excute this jql : request-channel-type = email

but i found only to option for the issue type channel : portal / jira .

Why i do not find email as a request channel type ?

Are you on server or cloud? I am on cloud and have all three options. Do you have an email channel configured? If not then it may not show.
