In instance reporter not getting mail notification after creating the Tickets. I check if mail triggering problem with test mail from instance but it's working test reaching to User's mail ID, under this scenario reporter unable to get mail notification while ticket creating time.

I came across some cases where a user's mail client filtered out several mails. You could double check if the user's that are missing expected mails have a restrictive mail filter or a spam sorting in place for the case the Jira (Service Desk) configuration is okay.
