"more Information" for fields in the customer portal

I'm looking for a solution to add a "mouse over" for specific fields in the customer portal to add additional information.
For example the "urgency" field to describe the different options and when to pick them.
For Agents there is a field description. Im looking for the exact solution for the portal

@Maurice Meyer the mouse over field that you are showing is from the Description set up as part of the field creation:
As such the mouse over is internal not customer facing so there is no mouse over on the portal for this.
Using JSM out of the box (ie with no addons) there doesn't seem to be any way of creating a mouse over popup like you've shown.
The way I've got around this is to add a description to the field that will appear below the portal entry.
In the image below I have given the Test Plan field a more user friendly description under 'Display Name' and also added a 'Display Description' that will take the place of the mouse over (to get to this use the expand arrow to the right of the field):
When this is displayed on the portal, the Display Description will be shown below the portal entry field:
There may be an addon that can do what you want but this is a workaround.
