"You don't have permission" -- The page sort of loads, but then breaks.

For the last few days Jira is totally bugged out on me. When I visit:
https://{company}.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/{board}/issues

The page sort of loads, but then breaks. 

I get an error in the bottom left of the screen.

I see loads of errors in the console about missing functions etc. Is Jira just totally broken for anyone else or is it just my account that is somehow hosed.

You can try the following actions when you encounter this type of event

1) Open a private browser session (i.e. Chrome's incognito window) and access your link to see if the same problem happens.

2) You should contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance, they will have the ability to review system logs to further determine if the problem is on their end.

Hope this helps.  The only thing I experienced in the past two weeks were the response/loading time being slow.

I've already tried both of those solutions. The first one doesn't fix it. The second one directs me to this forum (i'm not on a paid plan currently).
