Hello,

I have been using JIRA service desk for a fews weeks now and when i try to set my widget it have this error

I have search on a few topics how i could solve this issue on my own but without any success. Could you help me please ?

Hello Florian,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

This issue happens when the widget add-on was not correctly installed, so we need to uninstall and install it again.

I did the above and now I need you to go to the widget page to test if it will load correctly.
