When I try to access the Widget option in JIRA Service Desk > Project Settings > Widget, I receive the following error: 

 

"We can't load the widget right now. Try again in a little while."

 

I have been trying for a while to address this issue to no avail, anyone facing the same issue or having some valuable insight ?

Hi Maamar,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

This issue happens when the widget is not installed or it’s installed but there is a problem with the version.

I used an API (POST) in order to try to fix the issue and it returned 200, so now we need you to test again to check if the page will load.

If the same issue occurs, please open the developer tools on your browser and send us the error message that appears when you open the widget’s page.
