Hello! I am tying to see how my customers see my Jira Service portal and can't seem to find the "View as Customer" button - can someone help me find it. My research says it is in the Portal Settings - but I can't seem to find anything. I am a master admin.
Thanks,
Kathleen
on the left side bar of your service desk --scroll down until you see channels then you can see a portal link
Our team is also very interested in this functionality. With the addition of Request Type Permissions, I'm often not sure exactly of what our portal looks like to certain customers. Most of our customer are internal, but not Jira-licensed users, so there's no option to even impersonate someone with only "Customer" permissions on a project.

Howdy!
In my sample space I can get to the customer portal by using the "raise a request" button (this is from data center but it's essentially the same) or you can place this at the end of your page url "servicedesk/customer/portals".
