Hi y'all!
I've created a new custom field (paragraph type) and a new automation rule in order to get the comment body using {{comment.body}} instruction and that's working fine.
The problem occurs only with some worktypes.
I get the "Edited work item successfully, however some of the set fields aren''t available. Fields ignored: {0}" message error from Audit Log section.
I've read that the new custom field should be present in the Edit/View Screen (https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/some-of-the-set-fields-arent-available-error-in-jira-cloud-automation/) and it is, but it's still not available.
Idk how to proceed.
Thx in advance.
Hello @Edu Verde !
Besides being on the Edit screen, the field also needs to be added in the Field Configurations which are used by those work types.
Go to the Field Configuration Scheme of the project and check which Field Configurations are being used by those work types.
Then head into each Field Configuration and add the field
Hi! @Tudor Tofan thx for your quickly reply.
I've been using a single Field Configuration where it's already present my custom field "último comentario" (trans: "last comment")

Hi @Edu Verde
Is the field set on the (edit) screens used by the work types in the project the rule is acting on?
Is there a specific context set on the custom field, check the field context, is it not limited to certain work types or projects?
