Recently I bulk moved a bunch of issues from one project to another project. The issue I am having now is that the "show details" is missing on all of the issues that migrated to the new project. The option is there with new issues created in the project.
How do I get the show details back on the moved items?

When we move a service desk ticket from one project to another, the Request types stay empty and it will prevent the ticket to show correctly in the project.
An issue without the Request type also won't generate customer notifications.
I saw that you created a ticket with our support about the same issue and it was resolved by adding a valid Request type.
I'm sharing the resolution here in case other community members face the same issue.
