When a generated SLA is still ongoing, its presentation in the ticket's screen includes a status symbol corresponding to a colored clock in blue (still far from breaching), orange (at risk as close to breach) or red (already breached).
=> How is calculated the "at risk" status ?
*) Is this corresponding to a fix duration left towards the goal ? And if so, which value is defined for this duration ?
*) Or does this duration correspond to a percentage of the goal (ex: only 10% left) ?
*) Or... ?
I couldn't found anything about that in the Jira's documentation.
