In one of our JSM projects we are using the atlassian team field to route tickets into queues. So if you select the marketing team for example it'll add that ticket to the marketing queue. The issue we are having is that our service desk agents get the error "no options" when trying to select a team from the dropdown.
Appears to be a permissions issue but one of the service desk agents has the same permissions and they are able to select a team.
Hello @Thami Nyathikazi
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Confirm that the agents experiencing the problem have the Global Permission for "Browse Users and Groups". That permission is required to select a value for the Team field as per the documentation here:
https://support.atlassian.com/platform-experiences/docs/using-atlassian-teams-in-jira-projects/
Following this issue, we're experiencing the same issue even after regranting/confirming the global permission was there.
For us these are Atlassian Teams and a Company Managed space.

Hi Thami,
A couple of questions. Is this a Team-managed or Company-managed JSM space? And is the field the standard Teams system field from Jira or is it a custom field?
