"JIRA Service Desk Form " Single Select List with one option of Text Field?

Hello All,

We are trying to implement Jira Service Desk Form with One option of the text field. So if a user does not find relevent option in single select drop-down, then user should be able to select option "other" which shows/ unhide a text box and user should be able to enter a value in the text box.

Please select, we are looking solution in "Service Desk Form" and something without an addon shall be highly appreciated.

Hi @Gaurav Sharma ,

unfortunately you cannot do that without using an app. Behaviour by ScriptRunner is one way to put in place that requirement.
