Can anyone recommend best practice for server requirements are for running the following products:

Specs depend heavily on actual needs and usage. I'd have some initial questions regarding requirements as a precursor.

How many concurrent users will you have, or do you expect?
Will you implement external user management?
- How many users?
- How often will the systems sync?

How many issues will you be adding monthly? (or in any given time frame)
How will users be accessing the system? (local, remote, from other geographic locations)
What type of database will you be connecting to?
What's the underlying OS? (Linux / Windows)
Can you / will you monitor for performance?

I'm sure more items could be included, but the idea is to get an idea of needs and requirements and build specs from the data.
