@Elene , try this out.
When logged into Atlassian Cloud:
1. Click the waffle (upper left-hand corner) and select administration.
2. Click on the Organization where you want to buy these products.
3. On the top of the screen you will see a link for billing. Click that.
4. Click on Manage Subscriptions next to one of the Applications you want to purchase.
From this screen you should be able to add payment info and select the software tier you want to purchase.

we had free plan till 4 February, but it automatically prolonged and was active till 4th of March without asking ( we have not used during that prolonged period).
Now when we want to buy 1 month it charges us with previous month period too (see screenshot ). on 6th of March all data will be deleted. So what can we do?

I'm not sure you can get around that without exporting all your data, creating a brand new Site and then starting over. Atlassian may be able to work with you on the billing but you will need to reach out them directly.
