problem to create field Label in widget

Hi Comunity,

I have a problem when I try to create a field Label in the widget, I added the field Label in Request Types and i marked it how required Yes (view image request types.png)

but when I see in widget appear the message: 

Update request type

We can't display the following fields on the service desk widget

• Labels

You can remove the fields, or make them optional. If you make them optional they won't display on the widget.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When it comes to the Widget configuration, the field "Labels" is currently not supported.  

This type of field is also not visible in public portals (which is required in order to use the widget). 

There are feature requests suggesting the implementation of such ability:

• Support additional Custom Fields on JSD Widget
• Labels field do not show on public portals
