proForma (Forms) - event when form attached

Need to capture event when form is attached to issue. But don't seem find one.

Have workflow validator enabled only allow if form is attached, but the workflow is too fast, so it never passes, to combat this created automation, that "fast-tracks" to next status (since automation is much slower, by that time form is attached). This in turn creates throttling issues, due to sheer volume. 

Would love to do this in workflow only, but no matter have many script loops I do ( or how long I wait before refreshing issue data), proForma data is not there. Next best case is listener, but for that I need an event..
