Our Primary contact has left the organization and i am the secondary contact.
I am new to developer access, i need your support to make changes into the jira.
In our organization we do have multiple team using jira, and each team has multiple projects. apart from teams and projects we do have multiple brands where both teams and project linked.
I want to edit (add new brands) i am not able to located the place to add brand.
Can anyone share me support / customer care email address so that i can contact and sort this issue?
