possibilites to show how many active & inactive licenses are currently in the Asset Database
Is there a way to view how many licenses are active and how many are inactive in the Asset Database (formerly Insights) of Jira Service Management?
In detail: Is it possible to see how many software licenses of Microsoft 365 Business, for example, are active? We would like to have a number displayed that allows us to manage licenses correctly, so that we know how many licenses are unnecessarily set to inactive, but for which we are paying, for example.
Idea would be to then have a number output for an over-geared license.
