parse email signature as html

When turning email messages into requests it converts the html input into wiki markup like  that: 

Freundliche Grüsse
Name		Name
‑‑
	Name		Name
Company	:	Job
phone	phone number
email
Company
link

Can we delete the table somehow or the signature.

We are currently using Outlook with the app Exclaimer. And Data Center 10.3.

Thank you for the artice. I tried it but it didnt work sadly. Is there any other options?

I changed the plugin and added the tags to my text fields..

This can be also related on using an add-on outlook.

What happens is the HTML signature is native used in outlook?
