not able to create branch with specific commit id

Hi Team,

Since I downloaded the latest source version I am facing a couple of issues with the source tree.

1. I getting red exclamation mark on remote and If I click on the remote I am successfully routing to my remote branch

2. The previous version I used to get option to select specific commit Id while creating a release branch But in the new version, I don't see those options.

3. While doing push Not I am not able to select a specific branch
