Hi @Claudio Martinelli welcome to the community!  It appears from Edge's translator that you are having issues with the Export to Excel functionality.  I looked at Atlassian's Jira page (jira.atlassian.com) and found a few issues that you may be experiencing.  Check these out and if they are your issue, feel free to vote for and watch them for further updates: JRACLOUD-27567 JRACLOUD-80365 JRACLOUD-81308 

If those aren't your issues, feel free to search Jira and if you don't see it there to open a ticket with Atlassian support at support.atlassian.com/contact.
