need information regd upgrade of atlassian-jira-servicedesk-3.14.0-standalone

HI team we have atlassian-jira-servicedesk-3.14.0-standalone an dwanted to upgrade to atlassian jira service desk 4.5.1

Can we do it directly to new version or should we do

3.14.0 to 3.16.11 and then  from 3.16.11 to 4.5.1.

Which approach will work correctly.As last time when we tried we got indexing issues when tried from 3.14.0 to 4.4.0.

Hi @ravi , 

for this version, you can do a direct upgrade. There is no need for an intermediate upgrade.

I have done one myself last week and it went without any issue.
