mysql connector for windows

I'm installing Jira Service Desk on Windows 2019 and wish to change to MySQL DB running in a difference VM. According to the following URL, I need to download a MySQL connector and place in JIRA HOME lib directory.

However, I could not locate the MySQL connector for Windows 2019

Have you seen the download site that comes up when clicking on "Windows"?
https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/windows/installer/8.0.html

To be honest, I am not absolutely sure if it is what you are looking for - only the MySQL download site suggests that when you click on "I have Windows...".

You could try it out - if it works at all.
