My service desk project suddenly changed 2 a business project. i cant create any new service desk projects neither, only business. can anyone help me? maybe the addon is deinstalled or went on disable.

Can you go to Admins > Applications and see if Service Desk is still installed?
its not installed, but when i click on the install button, i says this error. "An unexpected error occurred. Refer to the logs for more information".

I would contact your JIRA admin to have a look at the atlassian-jira.log.
