monthly customer hour (retainer) agreements

Hi We have a series of customers that have retainer agreements with us

Say $10,000

What we and they are looking for is to have each service request (with time against it) identify the rate of the resource * time taken and then have this amount deducted from the customer retainer agreement

Lastly the customer is then looking for a 70% workflow notification that the agreement is 70% utilised

Is this possible and how would you suggested we go about this using Atlassian products

Hello Mark,

The request is not clear on my side but I do not think there is a production-ready solution  for this by using Atlassian products.

You have to build your own plugin or use some Marketplace add-ons.

For instance, you can use Time to SLA app to track time and/or use Script Runner for Jira to create a scripted field to calculate amount etc.
