mindville insight autmation email

My settings are this.

“’klant’’ is filled in and the “datum automatische mail”also

But still i dont get any email. The 2 fields are exactely the same.

When i change the when. I do get the email.

So i think there is something wrong with the when part.

What am i doing wrong?

Does the automation log give a clue? Where does the automation fall out or does it convey success? If success then the email is getting lost somewhere. Maybe junk folder or spam?

i dont think it is in the email because when i test with another when like object updated i receive the mail immidately.
