@mentions in comment only auto populating those that are involved in ticket. How to fix?

@mentions in comment only auto populating those that are involved in ticket.

We want to be able to @mention anyone and allow them to view ticket. We have tickets locked down so that only those involved can see ticket.

How to fix?

With JSD you can only @mention agents or if you are using JSW as well and have given individuals permissions to collaborate then you can mention them as well.
